I am a Lecturer at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia. I also earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from NTU and a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore. Prior to my academic appointment, I accumulated industry experience in software development, data management, and analytics within the healthcare sector.
My research interests lie at the intersection of health informatics, data analytics, and decision support systems. My current work explores the theoretical and applied dimensions of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a particular emphasis on their role in enhancing information retrieval and supporting complex decision-making processes.
